Melissa P. Mancuso prefers to find someone a home rather than "sell" real estate. Her strong skills in listening, negotiating and knowing when to go the extra mile to make a deal happen is why she earns many referrals from her past clients. Passionate about Long Island, real estate, and connecting with people, Melissa feels fortunate to do what she loves every day. 

A native Long Islander, Melissa is extremely knowledgeable about Long Island’s market, neighborhoods and inventory, but also about schools, restaurants, recreational and cultural offerings throughout the island, particularly on the North Shore. Hailing from a successful family in real estate development, she became intrigued with the business. She is familiar with the stress involved in buying, selling and moving and thereby helps to make the process smoother for her clients. 

Her fluency in Italian and being an avid traveler makes her well suited to deal with a wide range of cultures and backgrounds as well as foster deep connections with a wide spectrum of clients.

For Melissa, achieving top results for clients is very rewarding. Buying or selling real estate can be a complex process; her mission is to ensure clients have a positive experience by sharing her market expertise and providing high-quality service. She has an BBA in International Business from Hofstra University and received her Masters from C.W. Post’s Brookville campus.

Her dedication to making a positive impact extends beyond the realm of real estate. Melissa is deeply committed to charitable endeavors and actively participates in fundraising initiatives for various philanthropic organizations. She enjoys baking, reading, tennis and photography. Melissa is currently living in Glen Cove with her husband, two kids & minidoodle Teddy.
